Five years after releasing his previous CD, Klenzd, Eden's Realm frontman James Guest decided it was time for a change.
Like Dylan going electric, James traded in his acoustic sound for the raw, driving power of his Gibson electric and headed down a different path.
Eden's Realm picks up where James' previous musical ventures leave off, revisiting the well and digging deeper, excavating the ever-maturing soul. Along with new material, Eden's Realm seeks to revist previous albums, roughing the edges of James' refined ballads and parables into the raw, honest tunes of life lived and lessons learned.

James Guest hails from a small town in Central Texas, growing up with the traditional values of God, Country and Family.
Beginning his musical journey by singing in church, James joined his first band at nineteen. It was here that bands like The Eagles, Boston, Journey, Foreigner, Styx, et al. began to shape and train his ear. But James has never stopped listening, and today finds himself influenced not only by the classic rock he grew up loving, but by today's independent, alternative music.
Though James eschewed the rock star lifestyle to start a business and a family, he has never given up on his musical dreams. Influenced by the music he loves and the traditional values he was taught as a child, James continues to write, produce and record.
His first album, entitled “James Guest - Souls of Gospel” is an acoustic exploration of the human heart that debuted in the Top 40 on the Adult Contemporary charts. “I Am An American,” James' second album, is hard rock Patriotism at its finest and his follow-up , “Klenzd” evolved over two years to include songs of faith and family.
Now with his band Eden's Realm, James is excited about the band's upcoming, self-titled release in early 2010.

Luis was born and raised in the tropical island of Puerto Rico. His interest in music started when he was a young boy but it wasn’t until high school that he picked his instrument. He has played with several rock alternative bands in Puerto Rico but it was Kpa Prieto (formed in 1994) the one that he committed himself to. With this band Luis recorded one demo and two CDs and had one song hit the charts in the number 1 spot in the island for several weeks which led to TV shows and numerous concerts. Luis decided to part ways with the band so he could join the Armed Forces in 2002.
After getting out of the military in 2006 he realized that music was his passion and that he wanted to purse a music career. So in 2008 he enrolled in MCC’s (McLennan Community College) commercial music program where he was granted a scholarship by the music department.
Luis’s influences are Tool, Dredge and Muse to name a few but his heroes are Marcus Miller, and Victor Wooten.

Mikey grew up in the small town of Granbury, Texas, and has been playing drums since age twelve. In his teens he played with a string of punk bands starting with All Right Reserved. During this time he also developed a strong foundation in rock.
While in college, Mikey developed his repertoire to include modern alternative punk and experimental rock while playing with the band My Armada. After a studio recording and a slew of shows along the I-35 corridor, the band called it quits. Mikey continued his journey with the band Zombie Western, taking his drumming in a new direction with post-rock instrumental music. Zombie Western continues to satiate his creative hunger.
Mikey favor complex breakdowns and untraditional fills to bring dimension and interest to his music. Mikey is pumped to be a part of Eden's Realm and looks forward to broadening his musical spectrum with this new endeavor.
Band currently playing on Mikey's MP3 play are: Memphis May Fire, The Crooked Vultures, Dredg, Thrice, and Russian Circles.
